Orders & Returns
Do you offer exchanges?+

We don't do traditional exchanges. That said, the Panzer line is built with flexibility in mind — you can swap just the top panel to switch between lever and leverless configurations without any soldering or rework. Everything is plug and play.

To switch between types you'd need the new panel, the underlying PCB for that system, and any additional switches and button caps to account for the layout difference.

I ordered the wrong item or layout. Can it be corrected?+

If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us as quickly as possible and we'll do our best to correct it. Once an order has shipped we cannot recall it, but we're happy to work with you on a path forward.

Do you offer a military or veteran discount?+

Yes! During checkout use the GOVX ID verification link to confirm your service and receive a discount code. You can also access it directly at jasenscustoms.com/pages/military-discount.

Can I cancel or modify my order?+

Contact us as soon as possible — we process and ship quickly so there's a limited window. Reach out via the contact form or email us directly.

The Panzer System
What is the Panzer Fight Stick system?+

The Panzer system is a modular, premium fight stick platform designed so you build exactly what you want — and can change it later without buying a whole new stick. You pick your chassis, panel layout, PCB, and artwork independently. Every component is designed to work together as a plug-and-play assembly.

What is the AEGIS2HE?+

The AEGIS2HE is an all-button leverless layout available on the Panzer 5 platform. It uses Hall Effect technology for all of the button inputs.

Are all panels and PCBs interchangeable?+

Not automatically — panels and PCBs need to be matched to compatible layouts. The builder on our site is set up to guide you toward compatible combinations. If you're unsure, reach out before ordering.

What is a "blemished" chassis? Can I see photos of the blemishes?+

Blemished chassis have very minor cosmetic imperfections — typically small marks or slight anodizing variations. Function and structural integrity are not affected, and they represent great value.

Because each blemish is unique to the individual unit, we can't provide photos of every specific case. If you're highly sensitive to cosmetic imperfections, we recommend a non-blemished chassis.

My shaft color looks slightly different from what I expected — is that normal?+

Some early shafts came from a different partner shop, so the anodizing color may vary slightly from later production runs. This is cosmetic only and does not affect performance.

Hall Effect & Software
Are button macros supported?+

No. Macros are intentionally not available in the Hall Effect software — they are not tournament legal. The 4th Kick and 4th Punch positions are typically configured as simultaneous 3-Kick and 3-Punch inputs, which is the competitive standard. Standard button remapping and recalibration are fully supported through the GUI.

Can I remap my buttons?+

Yes. The Hall Effect system includes a GUI for remapping buttons and recalibrating inputs. Macros specifically are excluded (see above), but all other remapping is fully supported.

Platform Compatibility
Does the Panzer fight stick work on PC?+

Yes, it works on PC.

Does it work on Xbox and PlayStation consoles?+

Platform support depends on which PCB you choose. The Brook Universal Fighting Board (UFB) supports most major platforms. For PS5 support, the Brook PS5+ is the right choice. Check individual PCB listings on our site for up-to-date compatibility.

My Brook board isn't being detected by my PC — what should I try?+
  • Try a different USB cable (confirm it works with another device).
  • Try a different USB port, including ports directly on your motherboard.
  • Disconnect everything else from the PCB before plugging in.
  • Open Device Manager and joy.cpl (Run → joy.cpl) in Windows to check if the board shows up at all.

If none of those help, the board may be DOA. Contact us and we'll work through next steps.

Custom Plexi & Artwork
How is the printed plexi made — is there a paper layer under the acrylic?+

No paper involved. The art is printed directly into the bottom surface of the plexi. That means zero chance of dust getting under the art, and the result is significantly nicer and more durable than the paper-layer method used by most manufacturers.

What file format do I need for custom plexi?+

For cut-on-demand plexi, we need a vector file: Adobe Illustrator (.ai), SVG, or DXF. PSD files are raster-based and cannot be used for cutting without conversion.

For custom printed plexi, your art file must be:

  • 600 DPI resolution
  • At least 10" × 14" in size
  • Built on our official template (available at jasenscustoms.com/pages/printed-plexi-artwork-templates)
  • Artwork must extend to the bleed box at the edge of the canvas — don't go beyond it
  • Do not merge the white button cutout areas into your art layer — this will resize and misalign the file
Can you make a plexi for a stick I didn't buy from you?+

We only have templates for panels we offer. If your panel isn't from us, you'll need to supply a properly dimensioned vector file with the cutlines and your artwork. If you need help setting up the Illustrator file, we can add that as an hour of labor at our standard design rate.

Can you create artwork or character art for me?+

We don't create custom artwork. You'll need to commission that from an artist who specializes in fight stick art. Once you have a finished file in the correct format, we can take it from there.

When do printed plexi runs happen?+

We run printed plexi batches on a monthly basis. Orders will ship once the current run is complete. We'll reach out if there are any delays.

Custom Builds & Enclosures
Do you do fully custom builds or enclosures?+

Yes. We're happy to take on custom work. Because every job is different, we require a $50 deposit before we can estimate the full cost — we need to do the actual design work to understand all the manufacturing factors. The deposit goes toward your final total.

What is your design rate?+

Our design rate is $50 per hour, added to the final cost of the build.

Do you repair other companies' fight sticks?+

No. We don't repair or service commercial fight sticks from other manufacturers.

Discontinued Products & Stock
Are EZ MOD kits for commercial sticks (TE, TE2, Panthera, Hori) still available?+

We have discontinued support for commercial fight stick EZ MOD kits. Any remaining inventory is listed on the site — once it's gone it won't be restocked. Our focus is on the Panzer platform going forward.

Will you restock individual parts like buttons and levers?+

No. We're not restocking third-party parts. Part suppliers have become difficult to work with and margins don't justify the overhead. We're focused on the Panzer ecosystem and components we design ourselves.

Are the Integrated Pico Fighting Boards coming back?+

No. We will not be bringing the Integrated Pico Fighting Boards back. For an alternative, we recommend the Brook Universal Fighting Board (UFB) for broad platform support, or the Brook PS5+ for PS5 compatibility.

Is the MiSTER JAMMIX Case coming back?+

It's being redesigned as a full aluminum milled enclosure. We hope to have something finalized in the coming months — follow our Discord or mailing list for updates.

Will CPS1/CPS2 arcade cases be available again?+

No immediate plans at current pricing — production costs have risen significantly. We're exploring alternatives and will announce through our usual channels when there's news.

Shipping
Do you ship internationally?+

Yes. All shipping out of the US has gotten significantly more expensive, so international rates can be higher than expected. We primarily use USPS and sometimes UPS. If you'd like us to check alternative carriers for your order, reach out after purchasing.

My shipping cost seems way too high — is that right?+

Occasionally individual products have misconfigured weight or dimensions that cause inflated estimates. If a rate looks unreasonable, contact us and we'll look into it.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?+

Take photos of the packaging and the damaged item immediately and send them to us. Don't discard any packaging — it may be needed for a carrier claim. We'll work with you to make it right.

Community & Support
Do you have a Discord server?+

Yes! Our Discord is the best place to get help with your build, ask questions, and connect with other Panzer owners. Join at discord.jasenscustoms.com.

My question isn't answered here — how do I reach you?+
