Automatic Loyalty Reward Discounts
Our Loyalty Program is designed to simplify the marketing gimmicks used by businesses to encourage you to buy things when sales are in a slump through one off sales, or one-time discounts on an order after you've spent so much money. I want to reward you every time you come back and trust us with your business. So, what does this mean going forward?
- No more sales throughout the year. This program will ensure you always save money when you come back and shop with us.
- You must be signed up for our newsletter, otherwise you will not receive the automatic discounts.
- Repeat customers who have spent at least $100 will get 2.5% off their order automatically. This will work for those who haven't quite made it to a tier level but have shopped with us before. You must verify the discount is applied on checkout, we will not apply it later.
The discounts are tier based and setup as follows:
- Platinum Tier - 15% off all orders. Customers who have spent and had over $2000 worth of products fulfilled + subscribed to the newsletter.
- Gold Tier - 10% off all orders. Customers who have spent and had over $1500 worth of products fulfilled + subscribed to the newsletter.
- Silver Tier - 7.5% off all orders. Customers who have spent and had over $1000 worth of products fulfilled + subscribed to the newsletter.
- Bronze Tier - 5% off all orders. Customers who have spent and had over $250 worth of products filled + subscribed to the newsletter.
Guidelines, Rules, and Rights.
JasensCustoms.com can remove or adjust this program at anytime - its not a guarantee that all discounts and tier levels will remain constant. While we don't intend on changing it, unforeseen business circumstances may arise that require adjustment and notification of changes will be made public. Some items may be omitted from the program; this will be stated as such on the product listing. It's up to the customer to verify automatic discounts are applied before making a purchase. Discounts will not be retroactively applied. Tier levels, discounts, and order history are based on orders placed on the current Shopify website only during the CURRENT FISCAL YEAR.
Loyalty Programs and discounts will be removed from accounts submitting chargebacks, PayPal claims, or engaging in activities that are harmful to JasensCustoms.com. These removals are solely at the discretion of JasensCustoms.com and cannot be appealed.
Every 1 October, loyalty status is reset and must be re-earned over the course of a year.
