Sanwa's taking the adjustability and customization of the new Sanwa lever to an entirely new level with their adjustable, silent JLX lever. It features all of the new JLX updates and combines a fascinating and new (and patent pending) switch design that can be adjusted to actuate sooner or later, depending on your setting. Each switch (UP, DOWN, LEFT, and RIGHT) can be adjusted to actuate  .3mm sooner or .2mm later than the reference "0" position, making it very convenient for micro adjustments suited to YOUR play style.

This is quite the change from traditional levers where you'd need to change the actual switch out to affect a change. I think it demonstrates that Sanwa is looking at the competitive scene and DIY mods aimed at tweaks seriously.

Silent sanwa with customization

Cool feature, allows you to change distance the switch needs to travel before actuation. The increments are extremely small, but can make a huge difference. You can have stock measurements or increase the sensitivity, allowing the switch to be activated earlier in travel, or increasing, requiring more distance before it activates. For games like 2d fighters, you can customize the lever to make accidental jumps less frequent. I would recommend up and down sensitivity to be less sensitive in order ensure left right movement is typically actuated first even with . For games like shmups/SRGs, you can equally increase sensitivity to make the lever feel more receptive to small movements. The actuation will occur before the shaft makes contact with the gate. Keep in mind, changing sensitivity has no bearing on tactile feedback; it will not feel different, it will simply activate before the shaft makes contact with the gate. Experimentation is advised. And yes, the lever is silent, similar to Qanba Omron switch PCB's without the problem if accidental inputs. (Those switches are very sensitive.)
