What Does "Blemished" Mean?

Blemished cases have some sort of flaw, either dings or dents in the anodizing, unacceptable machining marks, require a modification part (always included) or a slightly warped bottom that will come together when screwed together. None of these blemishes affect functionality and often times are undetected by the end user. We cannot guarantee any specific blemishes you will or won't get. We pull from our prepacked stack of cases at random.

Our blemished cases often exceed the quality of other makers, but fall short of our high standards. Rest assured that we won't send you something we'd be embarrassed by.

Panzer Fight Stick 5 — Blemished - CHASSIS ONLY

Machined from solid blocks of aluminum and built like no other fight stick on the market. The Panzer Fight Stick 5 is a three-piece precision-engineered chassis designed for strength, modularity, and a clean premium aesthetic.

These are meant for existing Panzer owners who want a spare chassis/bottom, want to mix and match, or just want to experiment with modding.

The Origin

The Panzer Fight Stick 5 is the realization of a plan that started in 2016 while floating around the Pacific Ocean on deployment—build a complete Panzer Fight Stick machined entirely from solid aluminum and anodize it. After several iterations, false starts, and lessons learned, the PFS5 is the culmination of nearly a decade of refinement.

Three-Piece "Ice Cream Sandwich" Design

The chassis (frame), top panel, and bottom panel fit together in a strong, robust assembly that requires no additional internal supports—unlike hollow plastic fight sticks that rely on large circular structural reinforcements inside the shell.

Swap layouts on the fly. The top panel is sold separately so you buy what you need—lever, all-button, Sega 2P, and more. One chassis, many configurations.

Precision-machined surfaces with tight tolerances. The recessed USB passthrough, seamless plexi fit, and clean lines give the PFS5 a look that turns heads at every local.

Construction Details

Front Panel

6× 24mm holes for Start, Select, Home, L3, R3, and TP Click buttons. USB passthrough housing is recessed into the case with #4-40 threads—no surround needed for a clean finish.

Top Panel

Sold separately for full layout flexibility. 4× internal PCB mounting points (PS360+, Brook, IPFB, etc.) with included #4-40 screws. Lever mounting points available on lever-based panels.

Bottom Panel

4× rubber feet and 2× 1/4" recessed pads for grip and stability. Secured with 6× M4 stainless steel screws that also serve as assembly attachment points. Do not omit the feet screws.

Plexi Overlay

Required for assembly. Fits into the top panel for a nearly seamless finish. Printed plexi is highly recommended. No discounts on plexi with blemished cases.

Button Recommendation

We recommend screw-in buttons for the Panzer Fight Stick 5. The overall thickness of the chassis is a bit extreme for snap-in buttons. You will need 6× 24mm buttons for the front panel.

This chassis does not come with the base EZ Wiring Hat, interconnect wires to the MX panel, and connection wires to your fighting board.
