The Panzer Fight Stick 5 MX/HE Panel Kits are a completely new way to build Fight Sticks - buttons are no longer required! Well, not in the traditional sense. at least The MX/HE series of panels designed uniquely for the Panzer Fight Stick 5 removes the standard arcade button and replaces it with either hot swappable Cherry MX compatible switches or our new Hall Effect system and key caps. This provides overall cost savings and maximum customizability.

Optimized for modern fighting games such as Street Fighter 6.
Construction: The traditional panel, bezel, and stabilizer plate are combined and machined out of a single piece of aluminum as a single unit. This maximizes strength, minimizes switch wobble, and integrates the panel and bezel into a single setup. Compared to a standard Panzer 4 panel, like the ABMX, this system is cheaper AND more robust.
Cost Savings: The AEGIS 2 has 15 inputs in total (4x Directionals, 4x Punch, 4x Kick, TP Click, R3, and L3) - that's 15 buttons you don't have to buy, or in another sense - $102 you aren't spending on buttons such as the Seimitsu Alutimo! Plus you have your choice of a traditional mechanical switch (MX) or hall effect switch (HE). Both are great options with unique features.
Customizability: The Panzer 5 MX/HE panels are easier to build and compatible with a wide variety of switches depending on the system you choose.
The MX system uses the Kailh hot swap sockets to allow use of both three and five pin switches. Swapping switches is easy - you can fix a switch or change it out in a matter of seconds. No clumsy, difficult buttons to disassemble and disconnect!
The Panzer HE system uses Gateron magnetic switches that allow per button control of their actuation point! Using our custom user interface is simple and each Hall Effect button has over a thousand set points you can use to get the most precise controls of any fight stick on the market.
The MX/HE Panel comes with:
- Panel
- Panel specific wiring required for the Panzer 5 - specifically, the harnesses for the front panel buttons and both JP and KR levers (if applicable)
You must also order the MX or HE PCB Kit for this panel!
You will need to provide:
- 15 MX switches of your choice if using the MX system
- 13x 24mm caps
- 2x 30mm caps

Cut on Demand Plexi or Printed Plexi Art
- You can choose to omit some cutouts on the plexi to further customize the layout if you do not want certain buttons on the top panel.
** Many off the shelf key caps are compatible (29mm max diameter and 23mm max diameter). **

The Panzer 5 AEGIS2MX is an end-game, premium product. I’m personally a collector and I’m pleased to say that I am incredibly happy with the product. In the design, engineering and manufacture of the Panzer 5, Jasen has done an amazing job in future-proofing the product; it will easily outlast any other controller I have and will be simple to modernise the internals to support future platforms.

Swapping switches is easy, this layout is optimal for Street Fighter 6. Single button easy to access parry and DI is a game changer and the additional buttons function well in training. This is a must buy!

To start off, I'd like to talk about the delivery, I ordered it on the 27th and it arrived on the 3rd of July. I was told on my email that it would be delivered this Friday and its currently Wednesday. It amazes me how fast Jasen gets out his orders. But now for the actual top of the A2MX, it is GORGEOUS, it feels and looks amazing. Not to mention the easy assembly. Comes with extra screws etc. so there is no need to worry about losing small parts. Overall the controller is easily the best in the FGC performance wise, quality, and visual. 5 stars does not do this amazing product justice, Jasen continues to blow my mind again and again with his products.
