If you use an all button controller with a stock commercial fight stick, chances are the controller won't understand what to do with an UP input with DOWN input at the same time. Same for LEFT + RIGHT. This device plugs into the stock JLF harness and lets you connect your all button panel inputs into it, then "cleans" the simultaneous opposite cardinal direction such that UP+DOWN = UP and LEFT+RIGHT=NEUTRAL.
This is the PCB only. You will need wires to connect your input buttons and power/ground to the PCB.
Note: This is NOT LEGAL for CAPCOM CUP any longer. CAPCOM CUP requires both directions to be sent to the game so it can figure out what to do OR they have to be cleaned to NEUTRAL. You can meet this requirement if you use two of these devices and wire LEFT and RIGHT to LEFT and RIGHT on one PCB and then UP and DOWN to the second but to the LEFT and RIGHT inputs only. From the first PCB, connect the LEFT and RIGHT terminals to the LEFT and RIGHT buttons and then connect the LEFT and RIGHT screw terminals to the UP and DOWN buttons. This meets the requirements.
